Prisma Agency Ltd ("we", "our", "us") operates Kinetic — Screen Recorder (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Support Inquiries: When you contact us via the Help Center or report a bug, we may receive your email address and message content.
• App Preferences: Your recording settings (resolution, frame rate, audio mode, facecam configuration, theme, language) are stored locally on your device.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version for diagnostics and ad delivery.
• Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID) used by third-party ad networks to deliver relevant advertisements.
• Usage Analytics: App launch events, feature usage frequency, recording session durations, and crash reports to improve app quality.
• Network Information: Network connection state to manage ad loading and content delivery.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• App Functionality: To provide core features including screen recording, screenshot capture, video editing, facecam overlay, floating controls, and brush drawing tools.
• Advertising: To serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements through our ad mediation partners.
• Analytics & Improvements: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve the user experience.
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, bug reports, and feature requests.
• Notifications: To provide recording status notifications, quick-access controls, and Quick Settings tile functionality.
• Storage Management: To help you manage device storage used by recordings and provide cleanup recommendations.

The App requests the following permissions, each necessary for specific functionality:

• Screen Capture (MediaProjection): Required to record your device screen and capture screenshots. Granted per-session via a system prompt.
• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Optional. Used when you select Microphone or Mixed audio mode to record voice commentary or external audio.
• Camera: Optional. Used for the facecam overlay feature that displays your front or rear camera feed during recordings.
• Display Over Other Apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): Optional. Enables floating recording controls, brush drawing overlay, countdown display, and facecam bubble on screen.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Optional. Used to display recording controls, quick-access shortcuts, and recording completion notifications.
• Internet & Network State: Required for loading advertisements and checking network connectivity.
• Foreground Service: Required to maintain the recording, camera, and microphone capture while the App runs in the background.
• Advertising ID: Used by third-party ad SDKs to serve personalized advertisements.

The App integrates the following third-party services that may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

• LevelPlay / IronSource (Unity): Ad mediation platform used for managing and serving advertisements. Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob: Advertising network that serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Privacy Policy
• Meta Audience Network: Advertising network for ad delivery. Privacy Policy
• Google Mobile Ads SDK: Underlying SDK for AdMob advertisement delivery and measurement.

These third-party ad networks may use cookies, device identifiers, and usage data to serve personalized advertisements. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device's advertising settings.

• Local Storage: All recordings, screenshots, edited videos, audio overlays, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your device's local storage.
• No Cloud Upload: We do not upload or transmit your media files to any external server or cloud service.
• Storage Location: You can choose and manage your preferred storage location within the App's Settings.
• Trash & Deletion: Deleted recordings are moved to your device's system trash where supported (Android 11+), or permanently deleted on older Android versions.
• Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data processed by the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@prismagency.design and we will take steps to delete such information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access & Portability: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data from our systems.
• Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: Disable personalized ads via your device's Settings > Privacy > Ads, or reset your Advertising ID.
• Withdraw Permissions: Revoke any granted permissions (Camera, Microphone, Overlay, Notifications) at any time through your device Settings.
• Manage Local Data: Delete all local recordings and app data through the App's Storage Manager or your device Settings.
• Language & Theme: The App supports 18 languages and multiple themes — these preferences are stored locally and not shared.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective immediately upon posting within the App.
